According to gacharevenue, Zenless Zone Zero has topped July 2024 revenue against all the other gacha games by grossing over $68.8 million on Chinese (CN) servers. The game was released on July 4, 2024, on the PC, PlayStation 5, Android, and iOS devices.
- miHoYo’s latest title, Zenless Zone Zero, has topped July 2024 revenue for gacha games.
- The big received $68.8 million on CN servers and $31 million on Global servers.
- The game was released on July 4, 2024, on the PS5, PC, Android, and iOS.
Zenelss Zone Zero Beats All Competition
As shown in the above image, not only did the CN version of Zenless Zone Zero do well, but the Global Version grossed over $31 million in revenue totaling $99.8 million. Among the other competitors, only Love and Deepspace, Dragon Ball Z Dokkan Battle, and Monster Strike have increased revenue while other games like Honkai Star Rail, Genshin Impact, and Wuthering Waves have dipped in revenue compared to June’s.
While the decrease in revenue may seem big, it’s important to note that fluctuations in revenue happen a lot for gacha games. Whenever a new banner arrives, depending on the hype, players will spend accordingly for the desired unit. Therefore, you don’t have to worry about your favorite game biting the dust as long as the community is active, players are happy, and love spending for their desired waifu/husbando.
Considering how Zenless Zone Zone is still relatively new at the moment, it’s quite impressive to see such a massive milestone. With this big achievement, I hope miHoYo gives big rewards to players because I lost my 50/50 on Zhu Yuan while my friend was lucky to get her in just 30 pulls.
